Certified installers are permitted to request assistance from an Intergas service engineer when dealing with faults. You can report faults in one of three ways. Send us an email at planning@intergasverwarming.nl or fax your request to +31 (0)524 516868. It’s also possible to call us on +31 (0)524 517655, option 2. Once you’ve reported a fault, we’ll contact your customer by phone to make an appointment.
